About this event

Adults: 18 and up. Join Bucktown-Wicker Park Branch's Weird Book Club for our annual not-super-weird pick, this year's One Book One Chicago (OBOC) Orbital by Samantha Harvey. This program is intended for regulars to the Weird Book Club at Map Room, though all are welcome. A slender novel of epic power, Orbital deftly snapshots a day in the lives of six women and men hurtling through space-not toward the moon or the vast unknown, but around our planet. - from the publisher Books are available to check out at the Bucktown-Wicker Park Branch circulation desk. This title may also be available on the Libby app. How To Attend: This program takes place on Zoom. Registration is required. The Zoom link will be emailed 24 hours before the event.
