Creative Reset for the Soul

About this event

Feeling overwhelmed, creatively blocked, or disconnected from yourself? Creative Reset for the Soul is a gentle monthly online meetup designed to help you slow down, breathe, and reconnect with your inner voice through reflection, creativity, and community. Held every 4th Tuesday of the month, this is a no-pressure space where you can come exactly as you are. Whether you’re navigating a transition, feeling emotionally drained, or simply craving a moment to return to yourself, you’ll be guided through simple practices that help you feel lighter, clearer, and creatively renewed. Inside our time together, we’ll explore: • Breathwork to ground and settle your nervous system • Journaling prompts for clarity, reflection, and self-connection • Creative bursts with simple options to choose from — no art experience needed • Honest reflection and supportive conversation in community This space is for you if you’re: • Feeling burned out or emotionally stretched thin • Moving through a life or identity transition • Longing for creativity, connection, and a softer way back to yourself Bring if you’d like: • A journal and pen • Art supplies, or just paper and something to color with • Your full, honest, beautifully unfinished self You’ll leave with: A lighter heart, fresh insight, creative inspiration, and something meaningful to carry with you — even if it’s imperfect.
