ASK Maria Your Questions. Your Patterns. Your Behaviour!
About this event
ASK MARIA Your Questions. Your Patterns. Real Conversations on Human Behaviour. Have you ever wondered “Why do I keep doing this?”, “Why do I react this way?” or “Why do I know what to do but still don’t do it?” ASK Maria is a live, interactive Q&A where you can bring your questions about human behaviour, relationships, emotions, confidence, communication, limiting beliefs, habits, fear and the patterns that can keep us stuck. Each session will include a short teaching from Maria followed by live Q&A. You’ll gain practical insights to help you better understand your behaviour and identify your next step without sitting through hours of training. WHAT TO EXPECT You can submit a question in advance or through the chat during the session. Questions may also be submitted anonymously. Maria will select questions that are appropriate for the session and helpful to the wider group. Submitting a question does not guarantee it will be answered. OUR EVENT GUIDLINES To keep ASK Maria safe, respectful and enjoyable for everyone: Participants will be muted on entry and invited to speak when appropriate. Please treat Maria and other attendees with kindness and respect. Abusive, discriminatory, sexually inappropriate, personally attacking or deliberately disruptive behaviour will result in immediate removal from the event. Please respect the privacy of other attendees and do not share personal information or stories discussed by others outside the session. Maria reserves the right to decline or stop any question or discussion that is inappropriate, overly personal or outside the scope of the event. Important: ASK Maria is an educational personal-development event. It is not individual therapy, medical or mental-health advice, diagnosis or crisis support. General information shared during the session should not be considered a substitute for appropriate professional support. Come with a question, come to listen, or simply come because you’re fascinated by why we think, feel and behave the way we do.
