Meet with your West Roxbury Advocate Ivy (Nhung) Pham of the Age Strong Commission who can assist older adults with: Applying for City services & government benefits including SNAP, Medicare & MedicaidConnecting to programs/ resourcesAnd more Appointments are encouraged to prevent wait times. If you have any questions or want to make an appointment, please contact Ivy at 617.635.2295 or [email protected]. General questions are available Monday through Friday, 9 am - 5 pm via 617.635.2295. Ivy will be available at the West Roxbury Library every second Wednesday of the month (subject to change) Accessibility Notice: We strive to make our events accessible.
