Unearth a Story: A Family Book Club

About this event

Children (Ages 6-12), Families, Tweens (Ages 9-12). Join Librarian Angela for Unearth a Story, a family book club for kids ages 7-11 and their caregivers. We eat snacks and discuss fun, adventure-filled books that feature dinosaurs! July 16: We chat about Fortunately, the Milk, Neil Gaiman's outlandish adventure tale about a father's unbelievable journey to purchase a carton milk. Along the way he encounters Galactic Police, a dinosaur, and even pirates. Books available at Grove Hall Circulation Desk beginning June 20, 2026. August 13: We chat about Dinosaur Club: the T. Rex Attack, Rex Stone's fact-packed, adventure story about a pair of dinosaur-loving friends who are transported back to prehistoric times though a secret cave.
