About this event

Body Doubling Meetup Turning intention into action—together Description This is a structured coworking session designed to help you get things done. If you’ve ever struggled to start, stay focused, or follow through on tasks—you’re not alone. Body doubling is a simple but powerful method where we work alongside others to create momentum. No pressure. No overthinking. Just show up and move forward. How It Works Each session follows a simple flow: Check-in Share what you’re working on \*Focus block Work quietly alongside others Reset moments Regroup if needed \*Wrap-up Acknowledge what you completed You can bring anything: \*Work tasks • Personal to-do’s \*Studying • Life admin What Makes This Different This isn’t just “working in the same room.” We use light structure to help you: \*Start faster • Stay on track \*Return when you drift • Build real follow-through It’s okay if you get distracted. The goal is practicing coming back\*\*. Who This Is For \*People with ADHD (or ADHD-like challenges) • Anyone who struggles with starting or finishing tasks \*People who work better with others around What to Expect \*A calm, focused environment • Minimal talking during work time \*Support without pressure Note on meeting check-in requirement: For the safety of the meeting, you will be required to check in via audio at the beginning of the call. If you are joining late, you will be kept in the waiting room until our next check-in point (40 or 1:20 minutes past the start), at which you'll have the opportunity to check in. This allows us to keep the space safe and undisturbed for all! Thank you for your understanding.
