About this event

Adults, Senior Adults. Join us in the Innovation Lab Classroom in order to learn about the art of Kimekomi, a traditional Japanese craft where small pieces of fabric are tucked into carved grooves on a wooden, resin, or foam form instead of being sewn together. Using a styrofoam sphere and strips of fabric, Crystal will lead you through the steps in order to make your own fabric ornament! All materials provided, ages 15+ welcome. Information for Persons with Disabilities: Programs and services are Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Compliant. Special accommodations can be requested in advance by contacting the library at 832-927-5420.
