Something different but organized by the same host! Watercolor flow art and meditation sessions ONLINE Wind down at the end of a day. Discover insights. Create something with your hands. Join an online watercolor flow session. Each session is 40 minutes. We start with 5 minutes of guided meditation followed by watercolor painting designed to help you relax, feel gratitude and discover personal insights.
