 ① Role Introduction｜役割紹介
 The meeting begins with short explanations of each role:
Toastmaster of the Day, Grammarian, Ah-Counter, Timer, Ballot Counter, etc.
例会の最初に、司会（Toastmaster of the Day）や文法係、えーとカウンター、計時係など、担当役割の紹介があります。 
② Table Topics｜テーブルトピックス
Participants answer 1–2 minute questions on a theme.
即興で1〜2分スピーチを行い、
発想力・瞬発力・英語で話す自信がUP！
 ③ Prepared Speeches｜準備スピーチ
Members deliver speeches based on Toastmasters educational projects.
5〜7分のスピーチで、論理的構成力やプレゼン技術を磨きます。
 ④ Evaluation｜論評
Evaluators give 2–3 minute feedback to help speakers grow.
スピーチに対してポジティブで建設的なフィードバックを行い、
互いにスキルを伸ばす学びの場です。
