The password is noted in the same email. Hi all! I have a community of Japanese yoga instructors learning to teach yoga in English! It's called 'Yoga Sprouts.' And here is the host, Mika's Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/mikayoga.acro/) We have English yoga Zoom classes every month. It'll be a free session lasting about one hour. This is an all-level, beginner-friendly class. Please feel free to join! My graduate students and yoga teachers in the English community will do yoga sessions. \*They are still learning how to guide yoga classes in English and speak English.
