2026 still has 60 days. October 31 is exactly 60 days from the new year. Most of us don't realise that until someone says it out loud. And when they do — it lands. Sometimes as a pressure. Sometimes as a window. Before the noise of November and December makes honest reflection impossible, this is our moment to stop and ask: where did this year actually go — and what do I still want from it? ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHAT WE DO ON THE CALL The October Audit runs each person through four questions — out loud, together, as a group: → What did I START this year? → What did I DROP — and why? → What am I still CARRYING that I haven't dealt with? → What is the ONE thing I want to RECLAIM before December 31? At the end of the call, anyone who wants to states that one thing out loud. The group witnesses it. That's the commitment.
