Zen meditation at Korin-in Temple, Hiro, Shibuya (free of charge)

Hello, this is a meet up event for free and for who are interested in zen meditation or mindfulness. We are a group of people love to expand mindfulness circle in Tokyo. We will do zen meditation at Korin-In temple in Hiro, Shibuya. It is a beautiful experience to have it and so if you are up, let’s do so! Zazen is just simply sitting, observing wonders, and letting them go naturally. The key is “just to be”, relaxing and simply sitting. When there is space or emptiness in our mind, we start feeling more presence, having less thought and soften our separation from others and naturally feel flow like water moment to moment. It is located at super convenient place + authentic Zen meditation experience in the temple :) Korin-In and the program \- Korin\-In temple provides free meditation session as the following \> 7:00\-8:00am weekday \> 17:00 \- 18:00pm Sunday \*This is the events held by Korin-In. This meet up is just a kind invitation to that. We are going to Korin-in for 17:00 - 18:00pm Sunday together. We will explain about how to do Zen meditation and do around 25 min of Zen meditaion x 2 times. In general, master monk provides Kyosaku at option too, which you get beaten your shoulders with Zen stick to encourage our practice. Place : Korin-In (the temple under Rinzai sect) Fee : Free \*this place offers free Zen meditation session Time : 17:00 - 18:00 for Zen meditation How to proceed: \- To prepare\, lets meet around 16:40 \(20 min before the session\) \> we will explain how to do Zen meditation \- Zen meditation from 17:00 \- 18:00 \- After the session\, we can have some tea with people in the session including master monk How to join : Please register for the event.
