This Halloween, join us above Shanghai for DARK MOON RISING. Around 200–300 expats, overseas returnees, young professionals and creatives will gather at Global Harbor for a celebration across two private levels and a rooftop terrace. Expect panoramic city views, DJ sets, dancing, costume awards and playful social challenges. Show off your Halloween look against the skyline, join the dance floor, or head out to the terrace for a conversation under the stars. Come solo, bring friends or make it a night out as a couple. Halloween costumes and dark glamour are encouraged, but dressing up is optional.
