We apologize for the strictness; however, applicants who do not meet the group’s policy will be removed from the list and, in some cases, the group. 必ず下記の詳細（英のみ）を確認し応募ください。大変恐縮ではございますが、応募時に要件を満たしていない場合、参加リスト（場合によってはグループ）から削除させて頂きます。 First-time joiners: Please mention in your RSVP or the event comments that it is your first time joining us. ✅ Requirements • Skill Level: Proficient in basic inside kicks and ball control. • Teamwork: A strong willingness to support teammates, specifically regarding off-the-ball movement and defensive contributions. 📅 Cancellation Policy • Sudden Cancellations: Defined as any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the event start time. • Penalty: 100% of the event fee may be charged. • Action Required: You must notify the organizer via event comment, chat, or DM. • Advance Cancellations: No penalty if done more than 24 hours in advance. However, frequent cancellations may result in other players being prioritized at the organizer's discretion. • Waitlist: If a spot opens, you will be moved to "Going" automatically. If this happens and you fail to show up or cancel within the 24-hour window, it will be treated as a Sudden Cancellation. 📍 Event Outline • Venue: Approx. 4-minute walk from JR Tamachi or Toei subway Mita (Map (https://maps.app.goo.gl/V3Kh31MoDv71dX9A6), Instructions (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1BS-mujOQXkl2_kdBQiYf9Y_tpRP0UIbP/view?usp=sharing)) • Club/Event Fee: ¥1500 (¥1000 for resident members) \*Cash or PAYPAY: Please have the exact amount ready. Apply to be a member(Tokyo residents only) (https://forms.gle/JMLPKptz3newXq8LA) • Pitch: Synthetic Grass (45m x 20m). • Equipment: \* Bring: Turf (TF) shoes, training shoes, or standard sports shoes. • Prohibited: Studs or spikes are not allowed. • Note: No rental shoes available; no vending machines inside the venue. Please bring your own drinks. • Bibs: 18 bibs provided (3 different colors). • Weather/Numbers: Games may be canceled up to 2 hours before start time due to bad weather or insufficient players. 📋 Game Rules Standard futsal rules apply, with the exception of the back-pass rule. • Format: 3 teams (Max 6 players each). Games last roughly 12 minutes. • Goalkeepers: Keeper rotations occur every few minutes. • Safety First: \* Strictly No slide tackles or contact from behind. • Please avoid fouls. Our priority is a high-quality workout without injury. • Aggressive, threatening, or irresponsible behavior will result in a warning or removal from the session.
