Hula belly bellydance/Hulahoop fusion Class

Learn the art of hula hoop in a beautiful secret garden. This is a 1 hour hula hoop dance class, of intense on-body hooping after a belly dance inspired abdominal isolation warm up session. While the emphasis is on-body we will be working on some off-body tricks too. You can drop-in to this class for $20 or you can purchase a class card of 8 classes for just $80. The class card is good for all the regularly scheduled classes and does not expire for a year. I accept cash, check, and Venmo transfer. This class is in the secret garden behind La Dolce Vita art studio. The address is 204 Harbor Dr S. When you get to the studio come right on back to the garden- 3 little birds will show you the way ;) I encourage you to show up a few minutes early to ensure your spot. In this class you will burn more than 420 calories so plan on getting a good workout! Please wear comfortable workout clothes and don't forget to bring hydration! Training hoops are provided.
