Register through our portal at [play.vtag.nl](play.vtag.nl)! Are you ready to fire up your volleyball muscles? Well, you're in the right place! Here's what to expect from VTAG's weekend session: • -(10-15) min: early arrival; get changed and ready to play • 10-15 min: group welcome and warm up • 45-50 min: volleyball drills • 1h and 50min: games (5:1 rotation) • 10 min: cool down and clean up In both - training and games - players are divided into groups/teams based on their individual skill level. You are expected to have a solid volleyball foundation and knowledge of 5:1 rotation. Beginners and lower intermediate players are welcome to join our targeted beginner and lower intermediate trainings which are also scheduled on our portal.
