About this event

Earn sweat equity through combining volunteerism with a great Zumba workout, weekly on Monday afternoons at 2pm EST. Our special needs participants love the opportunity to dance with traditional communities like yourselves. It builds their skills and self-esteem. Easy to “zoom” in from home or at work. Zoom channel will be provided once you sign up. Bring at least 8 ounces of water. Wear athletic shoes appropriate for fitness. Light weights (dumbbells) suggested for our short strength section. Please mute yourselves once the music starts so we can hear the music. This event is G rated. Any participants using offensive language or sharing inappropriate content will be removed immediately by our monitors. We will also report to Zoom. PLEASE check in no later than 150pm EST. The class starts promptly at 200PM EST.
