A Smarter Approach to Pain, Fatigue and Sensory Overload
About this event
Explore practical strategies for navigating everyday challenges and supporting wellbeing. Free Online Webinar \| Featuring Federica Do you find yourself waiting for symptoms to improve before allowing yourself to fully engage in life? Living with chronic pain, unpredictable fatigue, brain fog, ADHD or autistic sensory overload can make everyday responsibilities feel overwhelming. When demands exceed your available energy, it can be difficult to know when to act, when to pause and how to make sustainable progress. In this free webinar, Federica will introduce the principles of Energy-Safe Transformation and explore practical ways to work with your energy rather than constantly pushing through exhaustion. What you'll learn • The boom-and-bust cycle: Understand the pattern of overdoing things, crashing and recovering, and explore ways to manage it. • Energy-aware pacing: Consider approaches that respect fluctuating energy, fatigue and chronic pain. • Sensory and cognitive demands: Explore ways to recognise and manage sensory, emotional and focus-related overload, including experiences associated with ADHD and autism. • Everyday expectations: Reflect on how to approach responsibilities when your available capacity is limited. • Sustainable progress: Discover ways to build routines that better accommodate your needs and personal limits.
