[New Location!] All Day Coworking at BrightWorks + Happy Hour

About this event

Join us for an all day edition of our coworking meetup at BrightWorks! We're partnering with BrightWorks to offer a full day of free coworking from 9 am to 5 pm, followed by a casual happy hour from \~4:30 pm to 6 pm. Here's the plan: • 9:00 am – Arrival & Intros: We'll take the first 15-30 minutes to get settled, introduce ourselves, and share what we're working on. • 9:30 am to \~4:30 pm – Coworking: Quiet, productive time to focus and get your work done alongside other remote workers, freelancers, and nontraditional career folks. • 12:00 pm \- Lunch time\! Enjoy lunch on your own or we can grab something together\. • 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm – Happy Hour: We'll head over to the bar in Harvest Market (910 Briarwood Cir, Ann Arbor, MI 48108) to hang out for a casual happy hour. About our group: Working alone can be isolating, but it doesn't have to be. We create spaces to work independently, yet together, with opportunities for casual conversation and connection at the beginning and end of our co-working sessions. This event is for you if: • You want to get some work done while enjoying the company of others. • You're looking for a community of remote workers, freelancers, or those exploring nontraditional careers. Please note: • This is not a purely social event. Please bring something to work on. • Networking is great, but this is not a sales-focused gathering. Connections happen naturally, not through pitches.
