Whether you're a seasoned player or simply looking for a fun and active evening, this session is a great opportunity to improve your game, meet fellow badminton enthusiasts, and enjoy friendly competition in a welcoming environment. 📅 Event Details • Day: Every Monday • Time: 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM • Venue: Cleopatra Sports, Springdale School, Al Quoz • Format: Doubles Games • Fee: AED 40 per person • Court rental included • Premium feather shuttlecocks provided • Approximately 8 games per player 📲 Registration Register on meetup event • New players must confirm their slot via WhatsApp before registering. • Contact: Rensin – +971 50 149 7147 📋 Booking & Attendance Policy To ensure fair play and smooth event management, the following rules apply: ❗ No-Show Policy If you confirm your slot but do not attend, the full session fee will be charged. ⏰ Cancellation Policy • Evening games: Cancellation must be made at least 12 hours before the session. • Morning games: Cancellation must be made at least 18 hours before the session. Late cancellations will be treated as No Shows, and the full session fee will apply. If you join the event within 12 hours of the session start time, cancellations are not permitted. 🔄 Waiting List Policy If all playing slots are full, you are welcome to join the Waiting List. • If you no longer wish to play, please remove yourself from the waiting list so others have an opportunity to join. • Waiting list players may be moved to the Going List at any time if a slot becomes available. ❗ Important • It is your responsibility to check your status regularly if you are on the waiting list. • Once you are moved to the Going List, all booking, cancellation, and attendance policies immediately apply. • If you fail to attend after being moved to the Going List, the full session fee will be charged.
