To celebrate International Youth Day, we’re launching Space to Talk – a brand new series of conversations for young adults (18–35). Because let’s be honest, navigating the ups and downs of adulting can feel overwhelming. We’re expected to build successful careers, maintain relationships, look after our wellbeing, and somehow have all the answers. You don’t have to figure it all out alone. Space to Talk is a relaxed conversation space. No pressure to speak. No judgement. Just a chance to connect, listen, reflect and share—if you feel comfortable.
