Where in every day life do we get to truly connect? the pub, a nightclub, the gym ? Inspired by the radical encounter groups of early california's human potential movement, we are running live group experiences in hyde park & dulwich park this summer. The group uses therapeutic wisdom, authentic conversation, group enquiry, simple group exercises, and shared experiences, in order to increase self awareness, self expression, maximise your potential and cultivate more authentic relationships with others.
