Producing Bass House with Matt Parker Workshop

About this event

Please RSVP (https://learn.soundcollective.com/free-workshops-at-sound-collective/) to ensure you will be able to participate in this free workshop. Producing Bass House with Matt Parker (https://learn.soundcollective.com/free-workshops-at-sound-collective/) is a free, hands-on workshop designed for anyone wanting to learn how to craft high-energy dance tracks. Hosted in Sound Collective’s New York City studios, you’ll join producer Matt Parker as he breaks down heavy bass design, punchy drum processing, and dynamic arrangement techniques specific to modern bass house. Whether you’ve never produced electronic music or want to elevate your genre-specific sound design, this workshop gives you a real first look into building a club-ready track from scratch. No experience or prerequisites required. However, RSVP is required. (https://learn.soundcollective.com/free-workshops-at-sound-collective/) Workstations are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend arriving early to secure a spot. If all workstations are taken by the time you arrive, you’re still more than welcome to join the session, observe, and jump on the gear during open practice time!
