It’s free, it’s welcoming, and you can join right from home! What Is Toastmasters? Toastmasters is a worldwide community where people build public speaking and leadership skills in a friendly, supportive setting. You don’t need to prepare anything, and you don’t need any experience. You’ll watch real people give real speeches, and you’ll see how kind, honest feedback helps them get better. Why You Should Come 1. Pick up practical speaking tips just by watching 2. Enjoy prepared speeches, a funny story, and lively impromptu storytelling 3. Meet a warm, encouraging group of people 4. Take part from the comfort of home This week’s theme is “National Pickleball Day.” Whether you play or you’ve only heard the neighbors talking about it, come for a fun morning of speeches, stories, and maybe a volley or two of wordplay.
