About this event

Come and join our little exercise/meditation group at 8am on Sunday morning. We'll be on the grass between the kids playground and the surf club. It's all free, and the movements are gentle and easy to learn. Just wear comfortable clothes and bring a mat or towel to sit on. Ask for Steve or Tanya. Look forward to meeting you.
