Our Speakers Kyla Boyd Kyla is one of the founding members of Iterate with more than 15 years of recruitment experience, she specialises in connecting exceptional technology professionals with organisations undergoing complex transformation. Throughout her career, Kyla has partnered with some of Australia's most recognised organisations, recruiting across Project Services, Engineering, and senior technology leadership. She is passionate about building long-term relationships, understanding what drives both candidates and hiring leaders, and creating teams that have a lasting impact. As a working mum, Kyla understands the realities of balancing a career with family life and is passionate about supporting others to build careers that are both successful and sustainable. Kyla brings the recruiter's perspective on the evolving technology market—sharing insights into what employers are really looking for, how leaders can stand out, and what it takes to build a meaningful and successful career in tech.
