Adults (18+), Younger Adults (18-24). In today's world, having a personal website is essential for many reasons and especially to support careers and small businesses. This session is a condensed overview of building a WordPress website from start to finish - covering the basics of domain and hosting, the WordPress dashboard, plugins, design and branding, and adding an online shop with WooCommerce. This program is catered to newcomer entrepreneurs but is open to anyone looking to build a website. By the end, participants will have a clear understanding of what's involved, how long it takes, and whether building their own website is the right fit for them. No experience needed.
