Run Your One-Person Business with AI
About this event
Adults (18+), Older Adults, Younger Adults (18-24). When you're the whole company, the admin never ends: emails, scheduling, proposals, follow-ups. What if you could design a system to handle the busywork? In this class led by our Innovator-in-Residence, Ryan Kelln, you'll learn to design an administrative system for a one-person business with AI as your assistant: intake pipelines, email drafting, client communication, and scheduling. Learn to map work into four piles: what's rules-based, what AI drafts, what needs your judgment, and what should never be automated. You'll build reusable templates and leave with a clearer plan for how AI could help your business. Prerequisites: Mouse, keyboarding and internet skills. Computers are provided. No coding experience required. Registration is required and will start October 9, 2026 at 12:30 PM. Note: Your spot will not be guaranteed after 5 minutes of the start of the program. After this time, remaining seats will be filled on a first come, first serve basis until capacity is reached. If you wish to save your work from this hands-on program, please bring your own USB stick.
