If you feel like some good ol' stretching would be good for your health, come on by. 1 Hr of yoga. Heal your body. Beginners are welcome. Agenda 10 Min Stretching 40 Minutes Pose Roundabout 10 Minute Wind down Chat and yoga, or bring headphones. Self teaching yoga diagrams will be provided. bring your own mat, you can also just do it on the grass.
