About this event

Adults (Ages 24 to 49), New Adults (Ages 19 to 23), Older Adults (Ages 50+). Explore a dance concept adapted in a comfortable way to welcome all bodies and abilities. Session will be led by an instructor from AIM (Adaptive and Inclusive Movement Initiative), a grassroots organization that works to remove the systemic barriers faced by people with disabilities. If you may need one on-one assistance, plan to bring a caregiver or someone else to assist. Registration is recommended. This event is a part of the One Bellevue One Book celebration, a yearly program bringing Bellevue together to read, discuss, and connect with one book. The 2026 title is Intemperance by Sonora Jha.
