Adults (18+), Older Adults. November is Make a Will Month. Learn about the importance of having a will and powers of attorney for you and your family. A lawyer who practices Trusts and Estates Law will speak about: the elements of a will and what happens if you don’t have onewhat are powers of attorney and why they are importantspecial considerations to keep in mind when preparing your estate and care plans. Note, this program is for general information only, not for drafting individual wills. Registration is recommended but drop-ins are welcome!
