Saturday Morning Run and Coffee - Eldorado 7.5mi pinched loop with 3.5mi option

Join us Saturday Aug 8 at 5:30AM for our weekly run and coffee meetup. Beginners to advanced runners (or walkers) welcome. Expect run-related education (nutrition, running form, injury prevention, etc), dynamic warm up and run with us. All abilities welcome and you can easily shorten or lengthen the course if needed. This month's course is an 7.5 mi loop with a 3.5 mile option Turn-by-turn directions are as follows: 7.5 mi pinched loop (sounds more complicated than it is): -East on Wigwam from Desert Bloom Park (0.3 mi) -Left on 215 trail (1.1 mi) -Left on Robindale Rd (0.9 mi) -Right on Amigo St (0.25 mi) -Left on Eldorado Ln (0.9 mi) -Left on Rancho Destino (0.5 mi) -Left on Mesa Verde Ln (0.9 mi) -Left on Amigo St (0.25 mi) -Right on Robindale Rd (0.9 mi) -Right on 215 trail (1.1 mi) -Right on Wigwam back to the park (0.3 mi) 3.3 mi route (much simpler): -East on Wigwam from Desert Bloom Park (0.3 mi) -Left on 215 trail (1.1 mi) -Left on Robindale Rd (0.25 mi) -Left on Paradise Rd (0.6 mi) -Continue on 215 trail (0.6 mi) -Right on Wigwam (0.3 mi) Our meetup is free and open to all. Conversation and fun encouraged. Water provided! Stick around for coffee after! All distances are approximate and all the turns and major intersections on the course will be chalk marked. You are more than welcome (even encouraged) to shorten or lengthen the course to your needs. Water will be provided on the course and at the start /finish line. Please be familiar with the route by Saturday. See you at 530am!
