The Awareness and Consciousness Group's Sunday Group Discussion covers a full spectrum of psychology, philosophy, metaphysics, spirituality, and religion. It's primarily a place for people to share their experiences and insights about topics that aren't very mainstream. We are an organically diverse group in age, race, and nationality. As we come from all sides of the political spectrum we keep a damper on the political talk. The first week of November was great, one of our regulars was using dowsing rods (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dowsing) and she began to channel, which is definitely not something she does. We all had a blast taking turns asking her questions and experiencing her candid expression of the energy flowing through her. The week before that was just a good as we spontaneously explored Richard Rudd's masterpiece "Gene Keys (https://genekeys.com/)." This highly recommended book (https://a.co/d/eJzGn5i) impacted pretty much everyone in the meeting with some later buying the book and diving right in. The first week of December was incredible. Several members presented medical technologies, all of them including far-infrared, including an iMRS PEMF "med bed," a far-infrared sauna with added ozone therapy, and a dome-like device that emits four different types of light therapy. Following a four hour focused discussion we broke out and spent the next four hours trying out all of the technologies, with some experiencing immediate results. The main group discussion is 10 am until noon, which is followed by another 2 hours of breakout discussions. Events that run beyond four hours are the best and happen quite often. See ya Sunday.
