We have never been more connected, with constant digital contact and billions of neighbors, and yet many of us still feel the specific ache of isolation. Loneliness is one of the most common human experiences, and it is not a sign that something is wrong with us. In this four-week course, Ondy Willson (https://www.ondywillson.com/), a writer and meditation teacher with over 40 years of experience, explores what loneliness is really about and how being alone differs from feeling disconnected. Week by week, we’ll notice where separateness is felt in the body, reflect on the web of people whose effort supports our daily lives, work with the fear of judgment and rejection that keeps us from reaching out, and each choose one real step toward connection. Sessions blend a talk with slides, guided meditation, and time for questions and shared experience. If you’re lonely, or know someone who is, this course offers tools for deeper connection, greater empathy, and a more confident independence. 💌 Sign up for our newsletter (https://tnlsf.us2.list-manage.com/subscribe?u=bc014bdbfab0c2614047acf9b&id=e0887de617)
