About this event

There is more health advice out there than ever, and a lot of it contradicts itself. This morning is for anyone who wants to look after their health but is tired of hype and just wants to know what is worth doing. No background needed. This isn’t a sit-and-listen morning. You’ll scan a QR code and answer a few quick questions on your phone at the start and again at the end, so we can see how the room’s thinking changed. Talks are short, and challenging the speakers is very welcome. 🍽 750 THB set lunch with drinks, paid directly to Hard Rock. Details below. You’ll leave with: • a simple way to check whether a health claim deserves your trust • practical takeaways on food, training and health testing • one 14-day experiment you planned yourself, and someone to check in with Speakers • Jacob Stanosz: founder of Longevity BKK, bringing people together to turn longevity science into everyday habits • First and Anton: community members sharing what made them change • Olaf Bujny: a coach who’s spent 10+ years helping clients figure out what actually works • Zethapong Nimmanterdwong, MD: physician joining the bloodwork panel • Two more speakers, to be announced soon Schedule • 9:45 Arrival and check-in • 10:00 Welcome with Jacob • 10:15 Personal stories: what made me change? • 10:45 Olaf: The only health hack you’ll ever need (spoiler: it’s not a hack) • 11:20 Panel with Zethapong and Olaf: what bloodwork should I actually do? • 12:00 Lunch and networking • 12:40 Small-group tables: nutrition and fat loss, training, testing, running club and non-toxic activewear with Altered Active • 13:05 Q&A with the speakers • 13:25 Plan your 14-day experiment • 13:45 Final questions and results: how the room changed • 14:00 Official end. Stay and talk as long as you like. Lunch Hard Rock Cafe is kindly giving us the space at no cost. In return, everyone orders a set menu we arranged with them: 750 THB net per person, no extra charges. It includes a welcome coffee or tea, one main, and free-flow soft drinks and water. Main choices: • Grilled salmon fillet with mash and vegetables • Grilled chicken Cobb salad • Southwest chicken noodle bowl • Vegetarian option (to be confirmed) • Grilled chicken burger with salad or fries Book ahead if you can: message Hard Rock Cafe Bangkok on LINE (@hardrockbangkok, or https://lin.ee/xkzhHNL) and say you’re coming to Longevity BKK on 21 November. You can also pay on the day. We don’t handle any money. 🚄 BTS Chit Lom, exit 2 · 🚗 Parking at Renaissance Bangkok Ratchaprasong Hotel Who are we? We’re Longevity BKK, a Bangkok community of 550+ members that’s been meeting since 2024, with regular meetups, workshops, a running club and an active WhatsApp group. Orba is helping us make this morning more useful, and their co-founder Zethapong Nimmanterdwong, MD, is joining the panel. This morning is a great way to meet us. Come for the talks, stay for the people, and if it clicks, you’re welcome to join the community. Bring a friend. Your 14-day experiment is easier with a buddy, so invite someone along and keep each other on track. Each person needs to register. Join the event WhatsApp group for updates and to say hi before the day: https://chat.whatsapp.com/HHJREf6twIy9oDQpIdChjc 55 spots. If you can’t make it, please cancel so someone else can come.
