A Moment for Yourself: Saturday Morning Guided Sessions

This is a short pause in your week to notice how you’re feeling, explore your experience, and give yourself some mindful attention. Every other Saturday morning, we’ll meet online for approximately 20 minutes of guided self-exploration. Each session will focus on a different theme, such as: • noticing your needs, • responding to your inner critic, • making room for emotions, • or approaching yourself with kindness and responsability. I’ll guide you through a short experiential exercise, with a little time to reflect before we close. The invitation is to explore what you notice in your thoughts, emotions, imagination, and bodily experience, at your own pace. You don’t need any previous experience, and there is no expectation to share anything personal. Each session stands on its own, so you’re welcome to join regularly or whenever you can. Please find a quiet, comfortable place where you can participate without interruptions. You may also like to have a notebook nearby.
